This module makes it possible to combine up to four laser diodes and achieve up to four times higher output power compared to one laser diode.
The beam combiner was designed to be modular. That means that all laser diode mounts can be used with the same baseplate and mirror mounts. In case of needing change the diode mount, you can still using all the other parts. The is no need replace all the parts. That saves time and make this module cost efficient.
The basic components are the baseplate and the mirror mounts. The diode mounts can be chosen according to the diode type and needed beam shape.
All components are made of precise machined brass. Brass is the most used material for laser diode mounts beacause of its thermal conductivity and thermal stability. The micro mirror mounts are also made of brass. Compared to aluminum mounts no deadjustment is possible when the mounts get warm or hot. No readjustment saves time and costs.
All lense retainers with an M9x0,5 thread can be used.

- 4x linear mount with a 4x1 dot shape *
- 4x linear mount with different beam height for a 2x2 dot shape **

The patented micro mirror mount is only 10x5x12,5mm in size and can be adjusted in X-Y-Z directions. It makes it easy to use mirror prisms as well as standard mirrors or dichroic mirrors.
